Inspiration Behind Freeater

Meet my Dad:
Having a gluten intolerance and being vegetarian, he is the driving force behind the idea of Freeater from seeing the struggles he faces on a daily basis managing his dietary restriction, but he is not alone. Alongside my gran who is lactose intolerant.

Our Children's Book

Alex and The Foods That Feel Good

A gentle, empowering story for children aged 3+, inspired by my dad’s experience of learning he couldn’t eat gluten. Created to support children navigating a similar experience, it encourages listening to your body, speaking up and learning that being different is okay. Preorders fund illustration. Once the goal is reached, work begins.
