Is the app free?
The Freeater App is free and will always be free for the app. To help us develop Freeater and make it bigger and better we charge for certain features. These are provided under Freeater Gold Subscription.
Where is the app available?
Freeater is available on iOS in the UK. We love Android users and will be available on Android soon. Join the waiting list now to be the first to known when it is available.  
I live outside the UK, can I use the app?
At the moment we are only able to support app users in the UK. Please join our international waiting list to be the first to know when we will be coming to your country!
How can I help support Freeater?
Thanks for supporting Feeater! Firstly subscribing to Freeater Gold helps. We have also set up a donations page where 100% of the donations will go to developing Freeater. How to support without spending any money? Help spread the word with friends and family and following our social media also helps :) Thankyou!
Which dietary needs and preferences
are supported by Freeater?
Freeater allows you to customise your dietary restrictions by specific ingredients e.g. peanuts and diets such as low carb diet. If you don't see your ingredient or diet you can request within the app for it to be added and we will let you know when its added.
I have a eatery sugguestion,
how do I add it to Freeater?
Within the app you are able to request new eateries are added to the platform. We will let you know when it has been added if it meets our checks!
I'm having trouble logging in, how do
I change or reset my password?
To resest your password, please make sure you're using the latest version of the app. If you are still having a problem resetting your password after updating, please fill out the support request form below this FAQ.
I am seeking medical advice?
If you are seeking medical advice, please be advised that we are not medical professioanls and any questions about your health and dietary restrictions should be directed to medical professionals.
I would like to delete my account?
We are sorry to see you go. If there is anything we can help you with or answer any questions then please contact us. If you would still like to delete your account this can be done inside the app within settings - account. You will then receive a message to confirm the account has been deleted.
